At Jobcase, I built and scaled Smart Match — an AI agent that proactively identified high-fit job seekers and triggered automated outreach on behalf of employers. It added $1M in ARR within its first year. The core design challenge was building trust: getting time-poor SMB operators to let an AI agent act on their behalf without needing to babysit every decision.
Rapid Prototyping with AI
I use Claude and Cursor to validate product ideas before burning engineering cycles. At Engine, I used AI prototyping alongside Figma to rapidly test user education flows for airline travel credits — moving from discovery to launch in under two months.
